Starbuck and Hednesford to part company |

 Hednesford Town manager Phil Starbuck, 39, has left the Unibond Premier Division club with immediate effect.
In his two years at Keys Park, Starbuck has led Hednesford to seventh and eighth position finishes in the Premier Division table.
Starbuck (left) had been expressing concerns over possible budget cuts for the 2008/09 season and there had been some uncertainty over the club's possible switch to the Southern League.
That had made it difficult for players to commit themselves to the cause although Starbuck had been discussing pre-season opposition and a possible playing role for himself in the new season.
