An extraordinary general meeting for the Cockermouth and District Snooker League has been called for September 1.

The meeting in Workington Royal British Legion has been called with a view to introducing individual handicaps for league games.

All teams taking part in the 08/09 season, which starts in October, should ensure at least one representative is present at the EGM.

If this is not achievable apologies must be submitted to the secretary.

Also, could attendees please ensure all competition entries have been finalised and brought to the meeting if they have not already been submitted.
